I think it came from looking at the haptics feedback on phones. The whole idea with that is that it tricks your mind into thinking you clicked an actual key when all it did was vibrate the phone. The potential uses in game is practically limitless.

You're probably right, I shouldn't give a new show that I've been hearing about from all sorts of people a try. I'm probably so simple minded that a question to see what others think of something is an indicator of my ability to understand an anime series. The difference here is that GTA is satire while Saints Row is parody. Parody tends to be way goofier than satire. Take Weird Al versus the Onion. Both are pretty over the top in their humor, but with Weird Al you know its goofy while the Onion has been taken seriously by world governments.
