Yes, that’s bad, but you know what? I’m going to say that’s on Jane, and Jane’s not running. I do think it sounds like she mishandled funds, but I don’t know if it was deliberate so ... I’m sad for the college. I don’t think Jane’s thing should influence votes for Bernie.

I ... are you high? Do you believe that, only now, in these “enlightened times” people know some of their politicians are corrupt? How old are you? Twelve??? I’m guessing you do not remember, did not live through the time of Richard Nixon.

I think the fifth amendment should be seriously reconsidered in this age of digital locks that can’t be brute forced open the way physical locks can. This is an ideal thought up two centuries ago, in a very different world, where self incrimination meant something very different than giving up the passwords to your

Short answer: by not following a judge’s order a person is in contempt of court, and can be held in jail for contempt until they comply. I imagine that’s the legal basis they’re using here to hold him.

He’s guilty of not turning over the passwords he was ordered to turn over. It doesn’t matter if he’s guilty of anything else, that’s enough.

On the bright side, he’s a pedophile who can stay locked up while in court limbo.
