Thanks for the mansplanation, vaper. Still doesn’t change anything about the fact that regardless of what is being used it’s bad for you.

Both are terrible for health and are habit forming so I’m gonna go with the marb so they at least look cool

You’re right, there’s no health risk in cigarettes ever since they became regulated.

Nice projection when I was calling out your butthurt over Waze not getting mentioned. Again, if you had read the article, you’d realize the intent is that it’s a guide and not a news post.

Not the way they worded it. They worded it where they had the expectation that it would be in the article. I’ve pointed out why this expectation doesn’t make sense for this particular article and even provided an example from Jalopnik where the expectation does make sense (and that article includes it.)

Wait, so the amber alert system is supposed to know your sleep schedule or are you implying that no one is awake at 4am?

Yep, these are more good reasons as to why an article about Google Maps in CarPlay wouldn’t mention Waze nor should it.

Exactly how I felt about OP’s tone. “Screw your article, why didn’t you write about what I wanted to hear even though it’s not out yet and far less popular?”

f you ctrl + F “Waze” the first mention is your comment. It’s not in the article. Where is this “older post” you’re referring to? The only link in the article is to a youtube video. Yes, I know Google is owned by Waze, it’s pretty obvious when stuff in Google Maps literally tells you it’s sourced from Waze. I don’t

You’ve worded this reply very oddly. Nowhere in this article is Waze mentioned nor is it implied that Google Maps is the only app you can use besides Apple Maps in CarPlay. You should have said something like “Waze is available as well” instead of presuming the article was supposed to mention this when it’s not about

That Google Maps color scheme reminds me of the ICS (Android 4.0 for the rest of you) days. That doesn’t look like it fits in with what I’ve seen of CarPlay at all.

What exactly is your issue with EA Vancouver?

Looks easy to spot the difference here which removes the main advantage of Times Newer Roman.

Word got out ages ago that iOS12 would focus on performance over new features (which is why this is mostly improvements rather than new features and the newest thing is just integration of a 3rd party app), the beta then proved this, and now with the stable release being available over the weekend even more people

I was going to hold off on updating for fear of the inevitable reports about iOS causing battery drain.

I’ve done that drive. It’s what, 6-8 hours? You telling me someone kidnapping a kid can’t do that?

I’m not sure I get your example - if the kid is in a car and traveling starting at 4AM (obviously, they would have started even earlier than that) then it’s certainly possible they’d be in your area at some point in the day.

Interesting, should I use this same policy with rent? Or vacation trips? Or bills?

You don’t have to use a CC with Venmo. Again, proving you’ve never really looked into what Venmo actually is and what people use it for.

Instead of waiting 3 days for the money to hit my bank account after my friend pays me in Venmo I can just use this feature. Plus, using Venmo instead of the built in option now means there’s one less place storing your CC info.
