You do you, but leave me out of that “Nobody is tipping.....” group you want. At our house we tip minimum $5 for delivery and then at least 20% once we get beyond $5.

I tip 25% because I’m not a cheap bastard and I greatly appreciate food being brought right to my door.

I tip 25% for food delivery, and definitely more in inclement weather. Having food delivered right to my door is a huge convenience for me so I like to tip well. :)

Yeah, because driving through traffic and/or weather is certainly less work than walking the 20 feet between your table and the kitchen. I have a mechanic that works in a shop during the day, but does work on the side, at home, after hours. He charges me about half of what it would cost for labor in the shop, can usually get a discount on parts and will do emergency repairs. I always try to give him a little extra.
