When I was 12, I broke my arm when I fell backwards while trying to hang on a 7' basketball hoop, and now seeing things like that makes me cringe. I'm glad he's (seemingly) okay, because that looked like a fucking hard fall.

Same thought I had… usually in contests like this, they have tiered prizes (say, $1,000 for making up through the three-pointer; $50,000 for making it through the half-court shot), so he technically should be awarded the three-point shot's prize if there happened to be one.
