Honestly, I'm not sure if you've watched recently, but it's gotten a LOT better over the past year or so. The '00s were pretty terrible, I agree, and the "golden days" have passed, but it's really pretty good currently.

I generally agree with what you're saying, but as a wrestling fan I've noticed a big swing over the past ten years or so, with the redneck fanbase being somewhat replaced by the neckbearded, WoW-playing Redditor fanbase. Local culture is local culture, and I'm sure you're right that it'll get some cheers in certain

Not being an avid NBA follower, when was the last time a game was this lopsided? 34 points is a huge blowout, but I know there have been worse. Anything recent come to mind?

Nice shot, but she had a solid 5-6 seconds left on the clock (judging from the subsequent inbound to the whistle blowing)! Not really sure what she was thinking putting it up so early.

I agree. Or, at the very least, as he was being tackled, Ginn should have just let go of the ball and hoped that the fumble would be recovered by his teammates to continue the play.
