Honestly, if VW would just produce the same cars for the US as they do in Europe instead of making sub-quality cars to obtain better profit at a lower price point, they might be able to obtain the same brand recognition as across the pond over time... Till then, the'll be unsuccessful in the US.

My checkride was at 50 hours, which I did in 6 months. I had finished my ground school before I started flying, which I wouldn't necessarily recommend, but it gave me the ability to just focus on flying.
