Uh no. Can’t run electrically conductive liquid through a battery, and I’m not talking about “water cooling” in a computer. I mean the silicone based stuff NASA has been using since 1965. It isn't water or even glycol based, therefore is not conductive and does not cause electrolysis of the metals.

The million mile batteries are essential for commercial trucking economics.

It will help resale values of passenger cars & SUV’s too, which will enable lower lease rates.  Even if the car is trashed after 12 years, an intact battery pack will be very valuable.

On the topic of electric vehicles, the landrovers just released a defender with a claimed 0-60 of 4.5 secs and a range of 400 miles. Definitely impressive stuff, image the price tag that comes with it though.
