The trash compactor scene does feel completely unnecessary. But by the end of the tension/almost dying they’re all basically besties from then on, whereas a few moments prior they were bickering strangers. Not that the bickering ends there. What’s a family without it?

Also, if you’re going to make Bruce Wayne act like Lex Luthor, why the hell even put Lex in the movie? Lex Luthor’s crazed hatred of Superman and his power is what makes him a great villain. Now he just seems like a turd.

I just like how DC/WB premiered their trailer on an ABC late night show. Disney/Marvel just made $$$ off of you ;)
