PA actually raised their speed limits on I-80 from 60mph to 70 after finally realizing that it's more dangerous to obey the speed limit because it's so much slower than the flow of traffic.

Interstates I go 4 over. Urban freeways I go 7 over. Urban roads I go speed limit or 5 under (for light timing purposes, not just to be a jerk).
