Most banks if you have a check deposit bounce on you; will charge you the cost of “refunding” / “returning” the funds that your bank originally credited to your account. This is on top of any other charges that may “retroactively” bounce due to you spending those funds....
I had something similar when a deadbeat

Wasn't that in the ultra fine print for the Cybertruck or something?

The company went out of business March 2023 and the clay (newplast) is still listed on the website under IP Sale. Doesnt really seem like any company is looking to buy.

To be fair that was par for the course for Metzen his voice actor and lead writer as well.

If Nintendo did produce a "Switch 2" that allowed me to play my DS and 3DS games cartridges; then they would get me to shell out for a Switch at last. Backwards compatibility was always one of Nintendo's biggest draws with handhelds for me.

Pittsburgh installed these back in parking spots on a busy side ride (Smallman St) in one of our shopping districts a few years ago. People still pull in and will grumble when they get the ticket; but it’s easier to eat the fine than paying the repair bill when the jagoff behind you slams into your vehicle while you

at least the following: an AMD Ryzen 5 2600X or Intel Core i7-6800K processor,”

I have GP as well and decided to give it a go. Havent made far beyond 2-3 ish hours of MSQ; and I’m feeling iffy about continuing. I love Bethesda games but this one just feels off to me. It almost feels like I’m playing ME: Andromeda with how the cutscenes and everything has been set up.

Correct me if I’m wrong but unless he got specific permission from the Ex-GF before doing this; doesnt this open the door to even more litigation against him? Yes the trial would be ugly; but she could be in for a payday.

Oh I don't know; I'd say Moon Knight is up there as a pretty rewatchable show.

Been on the waitlist for three months now myself. The news that they had to shutdown signups temporarily last week due to “interest” has me suspicious. Just how many people were camping on their invites that it could potentially crash the servers.

And now to add a new slide to the list... Elon makes it so that you cant view tweets unless you shell out for the blue

Unless OceanGate was withholding info even from the search teams; then I see no reason for the little “tidbit” that apparently it was known from the beginning they were trying to dump ballast to have been not made public. All reports up till now have made it sound like it was a normal trip complete with losing comms;

You're joking!! That's how they were testing the damn thing!? Carbon fiber is good as a pressure vessel to CONTAIN high pressure but it's crap when dealing with external pressure on the same container. And remember the only reinforcement the thing had was a sheet metal sleeve on the inside.

Something I saw posted in an Ars Technica article comment for this was that the hull being made of laminated carbon fiber could have delaminated from repeated dives. Carbon Fiber makes for a good pressure vessel to contain high pressure - not to shield from it like this. Also apparently one of the few times this sub

Ireland is right there. It would be an ideal spot to relocate English speaking offices / devs / employees to if that becomes the plan. Dublin has always been pretty free with giving away tax breaks to tech companies anyway.

There’s a key difference between Dolphin and RetroArch’s packaged versions of the emulators..... RetroArch requires that YOU the user provide the bios and keys. Dolphin has the keys right there in the code; thats how Nintendo has an argument that holds water this time.

Disney’s Parks works so well as money makers due to not being constrained by the extreme seasonal temperature changes. It's one of the reasons why Disney's early competitors failed so badly - they couldn't get the needed foot traffic to generate enough profit to stay open for consecutive seasons. Look up the history

Wish Pittsburgh  would follow suit. This crap has been getting out of hand lately out here.

How could you commit Starfleet Command III? That was the creme de la creme of build and fly your own starship.
