even in the first game that’s how they referred to the worlds, Ni no Kuni (Second World) ... while the place Oliver was from is Ichi no Kuni (First World), other than that, there are no real names for the “worlds” themselves.

Since 2019 is Gundam’s 40th anniversary, expect the next one to be the greatest giant Gundam yet.
