Fuuu...
Easy, this.

I agree with this. It already has infrastructure routes (roads, sewer, water supply, power) for a city with twice the population. Higher elevation to avoid polar ice cap melting, access to abundant fresh water, just outside of immediate danger of Yellowstone, and no major fault lines.
As a Mazdaspeed6 owner, I love my AWD. If we get a new Mazdaspeed3 with AWD, I'll buy it so damn fast....
AWD please!
It just needs a hatch since Subaru evidently couldn't be bothered with the 2015 WRX..
If you live somewhere where it snows, yes it would be better. The whole point of these cars IMO is that they do EVERYTHING. Kicking ass in all weather is what puts the WRX ahead of it's FWD competitors. Actually, I guess it's about even now that it's not available with a hatch anymore.

Have you test driven a Speed3 with actual intentions of buying it? I think most people who have and did not buy it would have given more consideration to it if it includes AWD and less torque steer. I would have.
Why not, get rid of that torque steer.
I want to see a Focus RS with AWD come to the states, and then Mazda bring a Mazdaspeed3 with AWD, and then watch the ensuing hatchback wars.
Mini
Wrangler. Or just Jeep in general
Corvette
VW Beetle.
Mmmm, nothing like a powerful, AWD, rally bred automatic sedan to get the heart pumping. Wait... Why Subaru?
That's not the way Gilbert works. He's probably buying it to relocate some workers to one of his countless buildings in downtown Detroit. Why go out looking for tenants when you can buy a company and put them there?
Reminds me of the movie 'Stealth' minus the AI and lightning strike turning it into a psychopath with wings.
