I gotta say I’m more partial to Terminator: Salvation being the “best” one since T2 in terms of trying something new - i.e. finally no time travel, but a hint that time travel definitely messed something up because the T-800 series was being completed much sooner than John was told. It wasn’t a complete rehash like Dar

I find it interesting that in all the coverage of the Netflix Marvel series, frequent mention is made of Cox’s obviously-DD-but-not-named appearance in the recent Spidey movie, but nobody has breathed a word about D’Onofrio’s appearance as Wilson Freaking Fiske in the Hawkeye series...

It’s really weird that people remember Aliens as this wall-to-wall action movie, when almost an entire hour goes by before a single shot is fired. And then there’s another forty-plus minutes before the big action finale kicks in, and even that has multiple stages. The rest is just waiting, and the movie does a

“They have locked the gates… we cannot get out… mascots… mascots everywhere… their eyes, always watching… we cannot get out… the song plays constantly… we cannot get out… always the same… M-I-C… they “see” everything… K-E-Y… why won’t it stop??? M-O-YOU CAN’T LEAVE!”

Here’s an older one from S1 of Star Trek: Picard that I mocked up:

Marvel’s team didn’t know if the actor would be game

For all their faults, I absolutely love these series.

To be clear, the story she told was she had to choose between a role in Shang-Chi or her role in The Matrix Resolutions without any details on what that role would have been.

Bring back Iron Fist Colleen Wing.

“An analyst at Wells Fargo said that...”

So does this mean the Punisher logo changes?

the good news keeps on coming.

needs more feathers tho

In my headcanon, the Jetsons happen at the same time as Flintstones, only above them.

In my headcanon, The Flintstones is actually a sequel to The Jetsons, set thousands of years later, when technological society has collapsed but industry and household appliances have been largely replaced by genetically engineered dinosaurs designed to perform heavy labor and various and sundry tasks. The humans have

I’m more incredulous that a probably mid-20's person would be receiving the printed version of the news. Maybe it’s an app or something this time? She’s getting tomorrow’s push notifications!

maybe someone can redo the Hobbit right...

I would like to see a show like this again, the current one is just so big and keeps adding things, save the universe! I would love to see a ship assigned to go far out into some region of space and of course have some issues along the way, but be far from home like Voyager.

What’s interesting is that episode highlights a way Voyager could have done all those “will they get home” stories better: By making it more “will they get closer” instead.
