Look up your phone on Gsmarena.com and it’ll tell you if the phone supports FLAC files natively. If you have an android phone any music program will play the FLAC file if it’s natively supported.

Try MediaGo which allows for easy importing and exporting of movies, music, podcasts and more to your phone. Or try MediaMonkey, it’s an excellent media program for large libraries but the uploading/downloading of media to your phone is a bit more complicated.
