You know I'm of the camp that hates drivers. They don't pay any sidewalk tax at all. Driving across my sidewalk day in and day out but not contributing to it's maintence.

Stars are reactors and not engines.

We need to set some definitions here. Motors use, or generate, kinetic atomic energy via internal reservoirs like batteries. They neither create or destroy fuel but convert it. Reactors depend upon atomic degradation or creation, fission or fusion, by the weak force. And engines are powered by exothermic reaction

And this is where the Americans got the idea that Russians were sending people into space with the I single purpose of spying on them. Silly Amerikans!

NASCAR Hair Club for Men. Not only is he a member, he's the driver.

Two manufacturers is alright provided they're building to the same specs in general. Otherwise one will just be left behind.

Look I love Jalopnik. Educational, informative, and occasionally entertaining. But could the blog posters bother to read through their posts one or two times after doing their spellcheck? Make sure sentences flow good, no words are missed, and like things? This is really starting to become a problem.

The only structural downsides I've ever really seen in Wankels is not enough seals (like a two ring seal in a race engine versus a three ring seal in road engine), not a high enough polish on the interior, and a shortened stroke resulting in reduced torque.

What are you smoking DasWauto and can I get it for cheap?

F1 cars in the past two seasons have been speed limited by a highest permissible engine speed (a FIA regulation) and by the gear box. All F1 cars are typically tuned to top out at the end of the longest straight. KERS will not in anyway increase the top speed above that. KERS will help you reach your top speed
