Housing in CA is a more locally controlled issue. Individual cities get to decide what is built. No city wants to do something that destroys the value of exiting homes.

This car would be a great first car. It is easy to drive, easy to fix, and you will be hard pressed to get a really expensive ticket in it or show up on a video about Cars & Coffee.

If those guys are out there trying to fix the cable because of an outage caused by the same storm, that is the job they were hired to do. That line they are working on is a lot of peoples telephone and internet. Their livelihood and lifeline.
