N: I have a 20yr old Honda Accord with around 200K miles on it. I would buy a drop in replacement car, if Honda made it. You don't cross a street like this because you want to. This is bad urban design. There is something on the other side of this freeway that these people needed. Could be family, could be food, could have been the bus stop. The racers chose this road because it looks and feels like a freeway with stoplights.
