Hi friends...it’s me again. Anyone wants an EV6 I have a hookup that will source them at MSRP...as long as you are patient.

Yep and the Outlander doesn’t seem to be that bad of a vehicle either. Who would think a cheap and decently built car, in a popular segment, would sell?

I should’ve gone into the Subaru dog pen, honestly. Missed opportunity

Two takaways:

This is why GM should have transitioned Saturn to be the alt-fuel, hybrid, then EV brand.

After my 2012 Volt got totaled I bought a 2017. They’re fantastic cars.

“You’re the tenth person I’ve told today, there’s no demand for it!”

The Volt seems like a perfect commuter car for most of the population, but most of the population doesn’t even know it exists. GM fucked that one up hard.

I don’t really know how else to explain the broad and persistent demand for expensive trucks and SUVs

First they came for the billionaires, and I said “hell yeah” because I wasn’t a billionaire.

Oddly enough, as a regular person with a regular job, I pay quite a bit of my income in taxes, percentage-wise. Somewhere to the tune of nearly 30%, between federal and state (not including sales, etc.).

I’ve deduced from the anecdotal evidence for myself and the people around me that age 33 is the turning point in health. Yes you are healthy still but you’ll start to notice all those things like less hair, longer cut healing time, general aches, lower flexibility etc. Really all you can do about it is be active and

With a commute that short you are barely using any gas to begin with. I don’t think you’ll save anything especially if the Mazda is already paid off.

The problem with the i3 isn’t that it was too early. And it isn’t, as a lot of people suggest, because it was too ugly.

You have a bright future ahead of you in marketing, young man...

RE Neutral:

Well, no one died, so manslaughter might be a bit of hard case to prove.

I read that article, but the thing about it is even the most basic of cheap cars in the United States is still pretty decent. We’re not living in the eras of say the 80s when sub-compact cars were cheap for being cheap, and your dash board would start to warp over two summer’s of ownership due to the heat. You can

if i were in the market for a small car, this would seriously be number 1 in my list of considerations too.... alot of truck people keep complaining how this isnt enough truck for them, but they completely neglect the fact that this isnt really going after the main truck market... it’s going after the small car/CUV
