The biggest concerns for older drivers are related to the normal aging process. Your reaction times slow. You have vision changes. Safety features help address those with automatic braking and blindspot monitoring.
There’s a reason it’s a top seller. It’s a damn good all around sedan. You can even get ones that make you scoot. It’s reliable. The gas mileage is excellent. Has no problem with passing power at highway speeds.
