You must've missed this, yes it uses butter instead of grease, but it's essentially the same thing with a different flavor of oil:

No problem! Unfortunately I'm not sure if there is a way to retain the right-click menu coming up when you don't INTEND to run the script but also make it hide when you DO intend to run the script. I couldn't really find any way to do that. :( All I can say is keep looking, sadly, since as I said I'm pretty new at…
That's strange. I copy/pasted that exact code from my AHK script I tested it on and it worked until I took it out. Tested it several times. :( Sorry it didn't help. I'm honestly pretty new to it, but thought I might be able to help with that little bit.
Unfortunately, being new to it, I don't really know how to go about a button combination all that well. I was looking to make my media keys work WITHOUT a Fn key, so I didn't really look into that. :( Sorry!
AHK's scripting is actually pretty easy to read. Really, you shouldn't ever run scripts on your computer if you're worried they're harmful or if you don't understand what they should do. But since most of them are saying "Make this key press this key" in AHK's scripting language, it's not like it's difficult to…
Sorry for the double-post but reading through this I found another script I could hack apart and it's working for me, so perhaps it will for you, too?
As long as you're not using any other media programs, you might be able to simply set up the media key command to do this, I would think? I recently programmed my keyboard to force a few commands on the F-keys and it works in iTunes. I'm relatively new to AHK, though, so I'm not certain if it'll work.
Unlike tylerbralnerd's incredibly unhelpful comment (and because I just recently SEARCHED for this and found absolutely no solutions and instead had to go and read up on AHK's wiki and figure it out myself) I do know and will share. Here is my AHK script to do that, though my media keys are F1-F6 so you'll need to…
Based solely on the past 2 minutes of poking at it, it does do one thing Dropbox doesn't (so I hope it sticks around). It syncs not only my photos, but also photo streams that were SHARED with me by other people. Meaning I can view those photos anywhere as well, which is a huge hassle to try to do via iCloud on a…
Ahh, cool, thanks.
I DO use both of them, when it's necessary. I typically use it to manage the multiple windows I need open when working on a larger project at work, or I'll throw spreadsheets I'm working off of over there if I need to. A good looking wallpaper is useful for when I'm NOT using it, when it's housing my most oft-used…
I like having a nice wallpaper. I actually spend quite a bit of time on my desktop, though. I usually keep the files that I'm actively messing with there, and use a wallpaper that mainly fills the right-hand side of the screen since I use Windows. That way I get some nice artwork that I can appreciate as I work on…
I COULD see them doing that, but what if, say, I only use the program for one month, then cancel and return after 5. How do they know if I kept using it or not, as long as my computer was offline?
The quote above, which is why I was asking the question, states "However, you'll be able to use products for 180 days even if you're offline."
Chime in #4 for sensitive skin on the face and switching to safety razors. It really helps a LOT because it's one single blade passing over your face (and doing a better job if you're using the soaps or creams mentioned in the video) instead of 3, 4, 5, or 15. Smaller surface of the metal = less irritation. The…
Believe me, man, the soaps that are made for shaving (and not the ones you can find at Walmart because those suck) and a proper brush do make a huge difference. Most of the soaps and creams they sell are actually more moisturizing than conditioner. I had one that I LOVED that I haven't been able to find since (I…
What the video pointed out was to go with the grain on your first pass, which is usually recommended. Typically people go with the grain on pass 1, against it on pass 2/3. I think, as shown in the video, it's referring more to people who don't shave every single day. I know if I shave against the grain right off…
Agreed, I just assumed a "long trip" implied you'd have more in luggage than a simple carry-on. Hence why I made the comment. Bag check fees are bull, tho. Remember when there was no charge for one? Remember when there were no charges for ANY!? Man, those were the days.
This makes me very curious... could I pay for one month, kill the 'net connectivity of the program (blocking it via firewall or something to that extent) and essentially get a 6-month trial for $10? Then just re-connect it, pay another $10, and have it for another 6 months? I'm not saying it's ethical, but it kind…
To properly compare your analogies, this is more like saving money on toilet paper by buying a brand that happens to be cheap but is the softest thing in the universe. Saving money on electricity by getting a wind turbine for half the price of your normal electric bill. Saving on shoes by buying a good pair for half…
