To me the issue is that derby, a sport run and dominated by women, is happy to out and ostracize problematic men, but is strangely silent about problematic women doing the same thing the men are being thrown out for. If they’re going to say they want to fix a problem, maybe fix the whole problem?

The thing this article leaves out is that there’s been whispers, rumors, etc. galore about women abusers in derby, but overall they’re getting a pass. They sure aren’t getting the ostracizing treatment the men in derby get.
