It's an Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione. Notice the little gills behind the front tires. Its shape is also consistent with a Corvette-like profile with the high rear end and round lights.

That thing needs to be lifted, get a transfer case and Dana 60s, be adorned with a winch bumper and rear tire carrier, and a snorkel.
