@EnigmaNemesis: Whether or not you accept is at truth or spin is up to you, but in the Special Edition content for Alan Wake, the developers specifically stated that canceling the PC version freed them from the ordeal of having to develop the game to be compatible with all of the different possible hardware setups

@GhostRaven: Some games are great because of the amazing community and the content that comes from it (LittleBigPlanet). Some games are great because of a fantastic story and atmosphere (Alan Wake). If you're implying the latter is worthless because the former is "better," you're wrong.

@Kevek90: Imagine if they simplified and polished the gameplay of Max Payne, then made it very intense and scary. Mix in an EXCELLENT story and atmosphere, and you've got this game. Absolutely worth your money. I still don't regret buying the collector's edition.

@DeannaCallidice: Absolutely. It's a good place to pick up games that I meant to pick up when the price dropped, but forgot about. Saints Row 2, Banjo Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts, Red Faction Guerrilla, and Raiden Fighters Aces are all great values at their current prices.

Psychonauts was a day 1 purchase on the Xbox for me. Even though the price dropped twenty dollars a couple of weeks later, I had no regrets. If anyone that matters in the decision-making process reads this, just know that I will make the same commitment to this one, no questions asked.

@RockyRan: Where did you find Just Cause 2 for $25?!?

YEEEESSSSS.

@RockyRan: Considering that they removed LAN support, of all things, I really don't see how anyone could argue with you.

*sniff*

Reading this is like seeing Linux users complain that Microsoft has the market locked down. You want traction, entice your customers with things that Steam can't offer.

I see everyone's Activision boycott is going well. I'm sticking by my guns.

There really, really needs to be an Elder Scrolls game that consolidates the entire continent into one MASSIVE free-roaming experience. I miss Morrowind.

@Fecal-Lord: So encouraging to see that I'm not the only one who immediately thought of this. Kudos to you, sir. ^_^

@Smiley Massacre: Feels like more of a biker mentality, which is pretty punk if you ask me. I think they're going for more of a punk rock attitude more than a punk rock style.

I still love how they say that you get access to things like Last.fm, Netflix, and ESPN "for no extra charge" if you have Live Gold. Apparently, $60 a year is "no extra charge."

@Batman: What about the original Unreal? The Quake-killer of its day...

@hurricanedj: WOW THIS IS AN INTERESTING AND ORIGINAL OPINION

@Snow leopard: The iPhone 4 is supposed to have the same 1ghz processor as the iPad, which makes it quite a bit more powerful than the Wii.

For some reason, I was reminded of the opening sequence of Modern Warfare (CoD4). Not the boat scene, but the one from the perspective of the foreign president. You see plenty of people being gunned down in the streets, including some being lined up for it. This sounds like it's taking it to the next level, and that
