Funny, this is the first thing I thought when Epic showed "Project Sword" and said that they had ported the Unreal Engine 3 to the iPhone. I'm surprised it would take that long, though.

Soooo... would you say that it's a platformer for the same kind of people who relish Demon's Souls as a "Zelda for badasses?"

@Lin-Lynn: I picked one up at a Circuit City when they were going out of business for only four bucks. It would be nice to have an HD redux of it, though... =(

@Raso719: Untrue! Let's see you get him a free Big Mac! Or Redbox rental!

This is the perfect example of someone who looks at games as a business of entertainment and has no concept of the soul and genius that can be encompassed within a game. This is why we can expect Zynga to remain Zynga while Jonathan Blow and thatgamecompany are going to become the industry's next Team Ico(s), amongst

Wow. So basically: "Thanks for the free game. We like it a lot. GIVE US MORE FASTER BEFORE YOU MAKE IT A PAID PRODUCT OR WE'LL DESTROY YOUR LIVELIHOOD AND HARD WORK."

@herogear: It's from the guy who made Lost Planet. What did you expect?

@GrandmasterYoda: I fully respect your point, but come on, man. When you say you're going to forego Rock Band 3 because it doesn't have Coldplay in it (as opposed to one of the other bands/musicians you listed), you can't help but expect that kind of response.

@Nayrlladnar: Letting your fans know that you're finally working on a new OS after all of these iOS things everywhere is good, especially considering that SL was more of a tweak.

I learned how to steady a car that's begun to lose traction on a dirt road. It's a lot scarier in real life (I think "terrifying" is the term), but playing Dirt may have very well given me the skills that saved my car and possibly my life on a mountain road a few months back.

@Nyarlahotep: It's a that formula on crack. Imagine Gears of War meets Lost Planet meets Earth Defense Force meets ROCKET BOOTS

Didn't the special edition include both part 1 and 2? Why not that?

How do we show for support for this? Who do we write to? HOW DO WE MAKE THIS HAPPEN?!?!

HAPPINESS. THAT IS ALL.

@Shadowlayer: As opposed to the brilliance and sweeping generalization of your original argument? I fail to see anything wrong with the argument I was making. I stated that the touch control scheme worked fine for the games that were well-designed to accommodate it.

@sugardeath: Not particularly, no. Although your hyperbole is definitely commendable.

@Kermi: Holy crap, I've heard of it, I just never bothered. Thankee. Netflix, ho!

@Sue Mey: Yeah, but the bitterness of watching a good franchise go the way of X3 and X-Men Origins still burns.

@JabbaB: Kind of off-topic, but this comment reminds me of the Official Dreamcast Magazine days.

@doctorrobert: Seeing as they made it so that nobody can play any of the Beatles tracks in any of the other games, I don't think it counts. They're trying to point out that you can have all of these songs in Rock Band.
