I've read your previous comments. You oversimplify things and you keep telling me that my view on religion is "ignorant" without telling me exactly why, which I guess should be no surprise as it's the standard religious mo. Y'all just can't accept that there is no meaning to existence, which I guess is understandable.

They are irrational, there is no rational process behind those beliefs. It's all based on hearsay and tradition. I'm also not saying religion refuses to adapt, I'm talking about individual ideas within a religion that cannot be adapted and must simply be dropped.

Will we finally get some articles on Dragon's Dogma on this site? :O

The approach is still imperfect and annoying. Until they can track our eyes, depth of field is only going to get in the way. It should at the very least always be optional, some people might think it's cool, I think it's retarded and takes away from the game.

Yes, and when I focus back at background objects, those become focused and closer objects blur. However, games can't yet know where we are focusing our eyes, and thus why depth of field effects are annoying as fuck, as they force a focal point on us.

It may be how civilization originated, but it's certainly not what being civilized stands for today.

There's no getting along with bigotry, and there's no possibility of civilized discussion because the concept of bigotry itself is not civilized. There is no solution that benefits everyone here.

Because I am not imposing my view on other people. I do not go around deriding people for their beliefs either, I only share my point of view if people ask for it. I reserve my rudeness for those people who approach the subject by being rude themselves or by siding with bigoted points of view.

How is it the same?

I do not discount other people's worth because of their silly beliefs. I however owe no respect to the beliefs themselves or to religion itself.

I have no vendetta against organized religion, I don't really care if people want to rot in ignorance so far as they don't impose their retarded regulations on other people.

It's a world of difference when your belief relies on proven facts versus blindly relying on stupid shit a bunch of idiots made up ages ago. There's no comparison.

"One man's irrationality is another man's "science.""

But... can you finger your behind?

.

Irrational stupidity is dangerous both to individuals and to society, being intolerant to it is very much a necessity.

I'm just putting this here for the enjoyment of the general masses. I made this for a little april fools prank on #speakup : [kotaku.com]

I have no clue. All I did was search google images for "Stephen Merchant Creepy", as it's the first thing that came to mind when I read the question "Have you ever seen a face like that?". :p

.

Well, that's publishers for you. That's why he wants this to succeed, so he can rope in more publishers. If there's one things publishers love, it's success.
