Nope. There is a reason you very rarely see PS3 "timed" exclusives make it to the 360. Sony, on the other hand, has no problem embracing content that was at one time exclusive to Microsoft's console.

At least Sony is paying to get them to offer extra content on their platform. Microsoft just pays to have content not show up on the PS3, or at least not for some time. There's a world of difference between both practices.

"special partnership with Sony Computer Entertainment" most likely means they are getting something in exchange for offering AC1 for free for PS3 owners, which they seemingly aren't getting from Microsoft. So that's the problem with it right there.

Microsoft's policy, in layman's term: If your game includes extra content on disc on a competitor's platform, we reserve the right to deny your game from being published on our platform.
