It was more of an expression than a declaration. Hyperbole is a habit of mine. I have zero intentions of seeing A Dog’s Purpose.

It’s entirely possible that I just don’t “get” her, but either way it’s a hard pass for me. I am glad to see another woman step into a directing role, though.

I have never wanted to see a movie less. Including everything Kristen Stewart has acted in.

Not sure why it will only post sideways, but hey: three cats. Baby cat belly up, taking up as much space as possible.

Hiro has the BEST FACE!

I have narrow feet and absolutely love my Brooks running shoes.

The story from the Gazette-Mail has some additional information:

I’m impressed with your dedication!

I know that shame - the moment you figure out what you did was horrifically stupid and you would rather suffer forever than tell an adult what you did. I once touched the car lighter when it was hot because it looked pretty, all glowy and orange, and then had to sit through vacation bible school with a serious burn on

My mom said “It’s snowing gangbusters!” a few years ago, and now saying gangbusters in an old-timey movie voice is our favorite way to tease her.

I laughed so hard at this. Horrifying, yet hilarious.

Oh, well, then, agree to agree! Enjoy your nap :)

I think you might have responded to the wrong comment, because I didn’t question the cops for taking the photo. I agree with everything you say.

They already know that addiction starts with the first try - how would you go about deterring the problem before it starts? I’m genuinely asking; I have known my fair share of users and addicts, including a family member, and I think this is a conversation we should all be having.

Grew up in Holmes County, so actually farther north, but still in the foothills. Went to school at Marshall, just across the river in WV (hence the user name).

Fellow Appalachian-Ohioan here - seconding your statement. People who already use don’t care about stuff like this, but if teenagers and adults who don’t use but are at risk can take even 2 seconds to think about a photo like this before trying heroin, then it’s worth it. It’s one of a very few tools these
