You mean like decades ago? They basically didn’t leave the house. Are you confused as to how women used to be treated?

I agree. I understood what he was saying as “if babies have a feeding schedule, then you should know when to leave the house.” But I’m saying even if we accept that ridiculous requirement as it is, it still doesn’t pan out in reality.

Ok, then why do you think it does catch them off guard? If women are exclusively breastfeeding, then when their babe gets hungry, they breastfeed them. If you are saying they should never do that in public, then a lot of breastfeeding women would be completely confined to their homes, as many babies feed every 1.5-2

Also, babies’ hunger should never catch you off guard? The idea of a regular feeding cycle? That might work for some babes, but you’ve obviously never spent a lot of time around infants. Troll better next time.

You should go for it.

Mostly because Canada’s immigration system is based on choosing strong economic migrants (giving points to people with lots of money, lots of education, etc.). No way asshats like her would make it in. Thank god.

Oh my god I completely forgot how much Americans hate the monarchy. I’m going to go laugh for two hours now.

I like how she brings her Christianity into it, as if that has anything to do with it. Some of the most Christian-dominated countries in the world have female heads of state. Stop making Christians all look like assholes.
Also I loved her well thought-out reasons why women shouldn’t be president. “because they have

Right? I LOVE limes, and do buy them when I’m making tacos or whatever. But at that cost, I’d buy one, maybe two at a time. People are responding like I’m some sort of dual lime-GOOP hater. Okay, the latter might be a bit true.

I already posted this in a different comment somewhere, but this article was fascinating: http://www.thefrisky.com/2015-04-10/wha…
It’s not just unrealistic, this diet would literally starve someone.

Oh, if she got them for free (or from someone who grows them directly), that’s different, but I doubt that’s what happened here. 7/$1 are great. I pay between $0.70-0.99 PER LIME, which is why 7 seems outrageous on a $30 budget.

It was more of a flippant comment than anything else. People have pointed out they’re quite cheap - where I live I have spent 0.70/lime, so that would be a huge part of my budget. That, and while they might provide flavour, they’re not really that nutritionally dense. This article’s done a good job at breaking down

Right? I mean she bought SEVEN LIMES on a tight budget.

Noodly Appendage? You are my personal hero.

I fucking love that mascara. Luckily I always get it for Christmas now (thanks "Santa"), and when I finish a tube I wash and keep the brush so I can use it with other mascaras.

Well, some close friends lived there before moving down, so the gangs and everything were kind of a running joke between us. Wilderness...I’m sure most of BC qualifies in that category! And as for mills....my “northern” (by which I really mean interior)-origin friends have informed me foul-smelling mills are not

Prince George? Never been there myself, but I’m from Vancouver so some friends have lived up there for school and the like.

Yes, I also love hockey! I watched it pretty religiously when I was still living in Canada, and whenever my team would do well, almost all the guys I encountered would say “oh, you’re a bandwagoner.” Um, no... I’ve been watching religiously since the start of the season, and have followed this team for 10 years.

I know a lot of folks who make hot toddys with tea!

I grew up in the 90s in BC, and we used to get bagged milk. but that was when we still had milk delivered TO OUR DOOR.
