While it's not a 3DS exclusive, Adventure Time: Hey, Ice King, Why'd You Steal Our Garbage is a lot of fun, especially if you're a fan of the show. Mario Kart 7 is also top.

I'd say it's worth it. There's some good stuff for 3DS.
