My new Vamo sits in the post office right now, didn't have time to pick it up before they closed. I also received two Kanger EVODs today, they are amazing.

Just received a pair of Kanger EVODs, and DAMN they're good!

Couldn't have said it better. Vape on.

Disregard this ad. Get an eGo battery, a good clearomizer, find your favorite juice and go from there. You'll be enjoying vaping in no time.

“Leslie, you need to understand that we are headed to the most special place on earth. When I’m done eating a Mulligan’s meal, for weeks afterwards there are flecks of meat in my mustache and I refuse to clean it because every now and then a piece of meat will fall into my mouth.”

Huh? I'm from Finland, and have never seen a power ranger episode (?) in my life. I also do not know what it is, and I definitely don't consider Power Rangers a national treasure of Finland.

You missed the point. It was a tongue-in-cheek comment on Sam saying there wasn't any reports, then calling the BBC and NYT articles "reports". Oh well, I had a giggle.

How about some articles on vaping? There's a wonderfully geeky vaping community out there using what are essentially gadgets as a substitute for those pesky cigarettes. It's very interesting once you get into it!

"Why haven't there been any reports of Netflix outages, as the New York Times and BBC reported?"

"Sure, they're still expensive and over-priced, but if you want Beats, you were going to overpay anyway."

Alright, I might do that! Thanks!

A 20€ remote controlled helicopter. It has 4 channels, trim, 2 pair of wings etc. I thought it'd be easier to fly than those 10€ ones that are impossible to steer. I unboxed it, put batteries in the remote, and tried to fly it. Then I found out that the small propeller on the back DOESN'T HAVE A MOTOR CONNECTED TO IT,

Well if you want Android, the One seems like a no-brainer. But I'd advice you to keep your mind open for Windows Phone 8, the Nokia Lumia 920 is a spectacular phone. It's not winning any spec wars, but the build quality is amazing, and I honestly think it looks just a bit better than the One.

Spotify. Yes, the wait for the WP8 version was a long and annoying, but helped by Nokia mix radio, DI radio and Hype Machine.

I was most happy with the halogen-replacing LEDs. I actually hate normal halogen lights, they're so fiddly and burn out in the time it takes you to blink.

Oh yeah they are definitely rated in the 200 lumens range. Doesn't bother me though, I get all the light I need. I never wanted to replace the complete output of normal bulbs, and was pleasantly surprised by the light output when I first screwed one in. The light profile is different, as you mentioned.

I appreciate your insight! I haven't used LED lights long enough to see them burn out or dim, but the ~10$ bulbs I have are plenty bright, and draw something like 2W if I remember correctly.

Here in Finland I pay about 8 euros for a bulb. That's roughly 10$. Finland isn't exactly known for it's cheapness of living, so I assumed finding cheap ones in the States was possible. I'm sure most stores are selling the name brands more aggressively, though.

Yeah, I know they have to be replaced eventually. Still, they last longer than incandescents.
