I want GV to work with a VOIP device like the linksys PAP2T

Would it be possible to port my home number but then have a VOIP device like a Linksys PAP2T or something to use it?

Put this in your carry on to have a good time.

@purfikt: Yes I realize that but I was thinking SSD because it would handle car vibrations and road bumps better then an regular HDD.

I'd rather build a small low power pc with an SSD and a WIFI connection that when I pull into the garage it sync's with my network. Sure it might cost little more cause of the SSD but I could then hide it away in behind the dashboard. Infact I think some of the after market stereo makers already have such devices.

The reverse here happens in Florida during the summer. Throw an ice cube into the air and it turns to water.

I think it was an inside job and the admin got caught playing COD.

Wouldn't "DESTRESS" be the opposite of "STRESS" so he's suing because it makes him feel good?

Some nice features would be if you could set how many people send the skip txt before it actually skips. Also set how often a song is allowed to be requested.

@Homer Berkowitz: Yes this is the show I was referring to in my previous post, just couldn't remember the name of it. Excellent episode.

@Captain_Caveman: Yes that's exactly it, thanks for reminding me. I might go watch it again as it was so interesting and informative.

I saw a TV Show once on how this is done. It was for one of the large network providers and was to add a connection off of the south american coast. It was a fiber optic cable and was pretty amazing how it was done. They had a special machine that was towed behind a large ship that ran along the sea floor and

@RuckingFetard: My HTC Incredible either shows signal bars (for 3G) or 1x when it's on the slower network.

This would never make it on as a carry on.

@Michael Scrip: Mostly because all of my iPhone friends are wanting an unlimited plan. Your 39.99 plan does not come with unlimited text, I have the 450 min plan that costs 59.99 and includes unlimited text. Plus I have the 29.99 plan for unlimited data and if I want to tether or use as wifi hotspot with my HTC

So if they go with the standard plans your looking at $69.99 for unlimited voice+ 5000 text $20 (don't see unlimited text) + 29.99 for unlimited data = 119.98 plus if you want to use tethering/hotspot your looking at about $20 a month I believe.
