Yeah, I feel like this show could have been like No Reservations and it would have been excellent. Travel around the world and explore the car culture of that area. That’s a Grand Tour.

Some times you’re the wind shield. Sometimes you’re the bug.

Considering a portrait is, at its very definition, a picture of a person the use of facial recognition software (if true) is quite on point.

As soon as the auto industry realizes the most educated and informed generation in the history of this country doesn’t need to be held by the hand or talk to anybody to figure shit out.

Man, super good!

But their cost for gas goes to $0.

And yet they still forgot the stars!

Marginalizing someone because they don’t hold your same values makes you part of the reason we deserve Trump or Hillary as our next president; we must have civil discourse even if our politicians can not.

Yes. That’s really what it’s down to. Welcome to reality.

*Not actually video of the explosion. This is a CGI piece.

I don’t know if the show was shot at an X/1001 rate, but I’d love to shoot that sort of show at 120fps 4K on Cinealta. Then you have integer temporal subsamples down to 60, 30, 24...

Nah, none of this is an issue. It’s a tool that will be used when the opportunity presents itself for pros. And the rest of the time it’ll make every day Instagrams better looking for all of us.

I’ve used my iPhone professionally before. As with anything, there will be a time and place where this will be a perfect tool. And in one click you can pay off your entire phone.

This isn’t the movies. Passenger compartment fires aren’t a dime a dozen. Not knowing anything about this person’s vehicle upkeep how are you determining it’s a “old POS car”? It’s a third gen Grand Cherokee, between 6 and 11 years old, a perfectly acceptable vehicle.

There was! I cannot remember the episode at this moment (or if it was info spread over a few as world building) but the Bajorans do place greater importance on the surname and are often referred to as such.

In First Contact when Picard and Lily dip into the holodeck, Picard looks to her and says, “Perhaps something in satin.” referring to a period costume for the program. Then boom, right away she is in a dress and Picard is in his white tux. This always bothered me. Did they stand there and switch into replicated

In NASCAR pretty much nothing. Unlike F1 or any of the GT/LM or GT series there are no computers feeding info to the pit crew. The driver has to deliver all the info they get from driving the car in person.
