No one would give the auto makers loans at the rate the Fed did. No other entity was going to take stake in GM like the Fed did. When you have to go hand outstretched to the government because you can’t cut it in the free market, that’s a bailout.

That operator isn’t getting paid nearly enough. If they are competent, that should be the starting point for a day rate. If it’s someone with a Hero 4 and a DJI drone that hardly compares to a proper aerial service.
