PSA (to everyone, just piggybacking off this): Retro Bit makes a nice Bluetooth 6-button Genesis controller that I would recommend. Looks and feels like an original Genesis pad, but has rumble and shoulder buttons added. I used it to play Hollow Knight and it was great. It’s also cheaper than the Nintendo Online one.

Unfortunately, this isn't true. Companies use credits as motivation to stay until the end of a project. Omission is pretty much always deliberate.
