I thought 14 was hyperbole — 14 actual movies is a hell of a lot. Even Futurama didn’t hit it out of the park every time with its 4 movies. I guess they could all be good (or at least okay), but chances are they probably won’t be.

If you think about content to cost ratio, with all of those games remaining premium-priced, Mario Kart is definitely the best bang for your buck there.
Won’t someone think of the bin chickens?! The parrots are stealing their primary food source :(
It’s not accepted worldwide yet, but Canada has been mixing shots for over a month now and they seem to be fine. If I had had J&J I’d be tempted to top up with an mRNA shot.
Well I would like to ask the Supreme Court to overturn Mississippi (into the Gulf of Mexico, preferably).
Similar aesthetic, but I think this is more a function of everyone dipping too much into the 1980s retrowave style than it is a direct correlation between the two.
I’m in tears. Patty can really bring the heat.
There’s something to be said about how maybe charging $30+ premium to *stream* a movie leads to more people pirating it than if it was included in their already premium-priced subscriptions.
I checked and Circuit City is all sold out of new TurboGrafx-16s too!
It costs $450 in Canada. So yeah, that’s a big no for me on shelling out $510 after tax for something running what is basically a creaky old 2015 chipset. My launch Switch is fine if that’s all of the upgrades that Nintendo has in store for the moment.
Hold me closer, tiny camper~
Just wait until the hackers start playing with smart ovens and the like. As a computer scientist I’ll do wifi-connected plugs for like lamps and christmas lights, but anything more important than that stays far away from network connectivity.
People discount the advantage you get from skins in games like CoD — I always go for the least noticeable skins possible, any split-second advantage in those kinds of games can make a big difference.
But, why?
Frozen custard has entered the chat
I got Metroid, Danganronpa and new BOTW2 footage so I can’t complain, but I’m pretty sad that aren’t doing a 3D Zelda pack for the fall or anything. I never quite got through Wind Waker HD on the Wii U, so I’ve just been dying for a Switch port, but they continue to drag their feet on it.
Sounds like Kharaa from Subnautica. Sharkpocalypse confirmed.
I was indeed referring to Bethesda Game Studios, and you can split hairs about the word “original”, but I meant it as “not a port of a previous game to VR or new platforms.” Fallout isn’t an “original” IP, but Fallout 4 was an original game in the sense that it was newly developed instead of a port.
Nier vibes and PS2 graphics
I’m still floored that Microsoft threw $7.5 billion at Bethesda and that didn’t even get them a minute of in-game gameplay footage from a new game. They’re all like “Skyrim was 10 years ago guys, can you believe it?” and I’m like “Yes, because you’ve developed all of one original single-player game since then.”
