I think long-term successful adoption of these products is going to hinge on price.  If they can undercut the price of beef burgers while maintaining the environmental/animal rights factors then it’s a big win for everyone.

Agreed, looked like every other third person game out there.  Watching the video, I was already tired of the combat.  Honestly I was more impressed with the Force Unleashed back in the day, they’ll have to show something a lot more unique to pique my interest, even considering how much I love Star Wars.
