Just piping in to say: "Yes."
Just piping in to say: "Yes."
just wanted to say that this book is another genuine geek bible. I cut my teeth on these games, and I've always liked HG101's articles about adventure over practically any other on the net. I haven't gotten through it yet, but I read a lot of the seedlings of this work on their site, and I always check for their…
same here on the Sam n Max tip, and although Full Throttle is constantly smacked around for being Schafer's most mediocre offering I've always disagreed. I LOVE that game, and play it through every few years (doesn't take long at all, but the derby level can be tough to beat on the wrong emulating platform). I think…
I've blathered about this before but GodHand is a beast. One of the PS2's top five, and a game that you'll break a few controllers on; that's if you're playing it right. If you're not it's probably not worth a lot to you. For the lucky few that this clicks with you'll find one of the brightest stars in clover's old…
thanks you cressy keeds. Now I know. I still don't know much though.
Recently got Terraria and I'm pretty damn hooked.
I fully agree. Considering that psychologists and scientists and brainy people are still ruffled about the extent of the definition of the word (and probably always will be), I found using it in the trailer to be awkward.
Hey I tried this yesterday and nobody really bit...I really wanna start up a little Terraria club and go splitskies on a 4-pack from Steam. Anybody down? I'll pony up the loot up front and use my CC. I figure if you Takuites screw me over whatevs, I'll just have to publicly announce it, and it's really not much…
I think the manner in which I'm anticipating this game is disturbing...just waiting with baited breath to get my ass kicked in.
Sorry brother, got it on 360. appreciate it though!
Digging the directional pad. I'll bite if the price is right.
Hey, anybody wanna join with me on a Terraria 4-pack? cheaper this way, plus I feel like if we buy it together we'd feel more committed to meeting up for a weekly/monthly/whenever game.
An absorbing and honestly unusual experiment in gamer storytelling. So many excellent moments. That power ranger shit was so thoroughly bizarre, the bosses, the crackpot plot. Every time I pick that game up I find a new thing about it to pour my adoration on.
Oh my god do I miss Phantom Dust. It's the reason I payed for XBOX live back in the day. That game is criminally under-appreciated. So good. And the singleplayer is excellent too, in my opinion, with a really far-out story.
Good news is you'll be playing Guardian Heroes again on XBL very soon!
Not a game, but my local comic shop guru kept advising me to sell my nicely cared for Miracleman Vol. 1 TPB, as he was convinced that they would finally reprint it, according to an industry insider he knew. I finally did and began to google it every fucking day. They still haven't reprinted it.
You should bite the bullet. I waited too long to buy mine, and now I play Powerstone 2 with my girlfriend several times a week. With a VGA box it looks eye-splittingly gorgeous on the HDTV.
This looks exactly like what they've done with the recently announced Guardian Heroes re-release. It seems like an effect that can look good or bad. Luckily with GH they are making it completely optional.
yeah i'm actually a little peeved. I picked up the 360 version on release day as a result of a hurried google search, which pulled up some b.s. forum post argument weighing the argument in favor of the 360. still, I must say that the 360 version does look lovely, but it's a bit too dark when driving at night.
I've noticed the 360 comes on top a lot...I'll tell you this, I mighta bit on the PS3 version if all that PSN crap hadn't gone down (I know it has little bearing on the game, but changing my credit card has made me a little bitter towards that dusty black box).
