Larian is so incredible right now I almost can’t believe it’s real, and as such am constantly concerned it’ll go away, or I’ll wake up and it was all a dream.

yeah, supergiant is a pretty small studio, so they tend to release games on various platforms over time—rather than all at once—but I imagine hades will end up on sony platforms eventually

to be honest, I would have gotten it on switch regardless, but the idea that I won’t even have to start over fills me with the kind of joy cerberus experiences when you hand him a bag of rats

That cross-save feature may have just sold this for me. As someone who has also been adoring the early access version of the game, this is exceptionally appealing.

yeah, considering they hadn’t dropped a release date at this point I expected this. I’m just hoping I get to play cyberpunk this year at this point.

I don’t know Rocksteady has spent over a decade making great DC games and had a lot of time to make this one unless it becomes clear that Suicide is also trying to be a top-down live service game. 

He has, many times. He just creates new burners with the same screen name and avatar.  They don;t have the tools to stop that.

basically what he’s saying is that Sony gets final say about what video games and platforms Spider-Man can be included in.

If you believe the internet, though, this game’s biggest problem isn’t the boring, stale repetitive gameplay or Marvel characters with zero charisma. No, it’s the fact that there is a character exclusive to a console!

They are a vital component of duxelles, and are, consequently, not just good, but delightful.

Speaking as a non-American, it is truly shocking and DEEPLY disturbing how integrated and prevalent military integration is in your society. I say this without any hyperbole, but it’s a breath away from Fascism. 

Though I do welcome the trolls who will swarm the comments to whine “What about innocent until proven guilty?”, “Cancel Culture!”, and “Why does nobody care about the livelihoods of these rich assholes?”.

If I were 14, this might spark envy in my soft little brain. As a man in his 30s, I can only think that some incredibly bad decisions are going to be made in that ridiculously gaudy house, and these kids are just not ready for it.

Yeah, back when it was a fantasy, and not the sad state of wealth distribution in the country. :’(

Imagine creating an organization that celebrates conspicuous consumption and unearned wealth and then having either the extreme self-awareness, or the extreme lack thereof, to call your organization One Percent.

Horizon is only coming to PC because it’s a new IP and Sony wants to get people hyped for the sequel in hopes that they’ll buy a PS5. God of War is never going to be on anything but Sony hardware, and Spidey has had a long, long history with Sony, so it’s not likely go to PC any time soon, either.

If you haven’t played it yet, this game is absolutely worth the time.  Heck, even if you have played it it’s worth the time.  Easily one of my favorite games ever made.

Maybe don’t take projects from known bigots.  You are who you get in bed with.
