It depends. There isn’t graphic violence, but there’s a lot of implied violence, including being able to sacrifice your cultists. I also don’t care a whit about the satanic imagery.

It’s the hokey dialogue style. She talks like she’s in a Joss Whedon show from 2004. It also makes it seem like she actually isn’t all that impressed by being sucked into an alternate magical world.
I just want modern soup-to-nuts remakes of ogre battle and ogre battle 64.
Yes, this is 100% the case.
“Is it at all possible there’s an entire generation of folks who have never heard of DnD?”
“despite the innovation of D&D as a roleplaying game, it largely existed as a way to inhabit the fantasy world established by The Lord Of The Rings”
No.
Some of the most vociferous family members are in my generation (or younger!) and they just want to see the kids when they open Insta. The boomers all use Facebook and get the cross-posted pics intertwined with their ragebait Facebook feeds and are happy (if boomers can indeed be happy).
They don’t love me, they love my kids.
If only I could do this without facing the wrath of family members cut off from their feed of grandkid/nephew/grandnephew pictures. Granted, I almost never open the app except to rarely approve new followers; I just share directly from my phone OS to FB and Insta.
Lol, 10k rich, maybe 200k educated workers beholden to the rich and the rest are effectively slaves.
California’s water problem will be solved by the Californian invasion of the entirety of the Colorado River watershed.
Yes, but the KSA cares little for its slaves.
On the one hand, this is pure uncut bullshit, but on the other, I applaud any non-aristo who cons aristos and royalty out of their unjust blood money, though not as much as folks who actually depose royals.
This movie was destined to be a mess once Boseman passed. I also don’t see how they could bring in a multiversal T’Challa who isn’t fundamentally different from Boseman’s without running into most of the same core problems as a straight-up recasting the role.
In a world full of powerful superheroes and aliens, including one who erased half of all life, why on Earth would Xavier think mutants would be discriminated against in any meaningful sense?
They’re gonna have to fundamentally change a ton about the MCU and/or the mutants (compared to the earlier xmen films and the comics) for anything to make sense. I don’t think they’re going to make MCU Magneto a 100 year old Holocaust surivor.
I dunno, I am a casual x-men fan and have found the Krakoa stuff to be incredibly alienating and bizarre, just like everything ever done under the Inhumans brand.
The Kaiju page is fun and Magneto looks old and weirdly buff, otherwise the rest is impenetrable and alienating to me, a casual x-men fan.
One of the best things about the X-Men is how they’re unrelatable weirdos who fuck off to an isolated island nation for the pure of blood.
