Speaking as someone who has been driving pickups for several decades, a standard cab model is the least useful style. Two people (or one dog) and everything else goes in the bed, exposed to the weather and theft.

This is entirely too reasonable for this site. Or, for that matter, the internet at all. Please deleted and replace it with some screeching, CAP-LOCKS filled, diatribe about why your position is obviously correct and everyone else is (select as applicable) [a bootlicking racist apologist] / [naïve, sensitive, lefty].
I don’t mind the F-150 either.
As a Democrat I can easily pick holes in Republican’s actions, but it’s not like Democrats are innocent here. I think the “but look at them!” argument is used waaaaay too often and prevents Democrats from acknowledging and fixing flaws.
straight up price gouging/profiteering.
no way the gas at your pump was made from oil imported (or pumped locally) at the current market rate. takes at least 2 weeks for the oil to flow from the tanker to the pump and the stuff in the tanker was purchased months ago at a much lower price.
but prices at the pump won’t…
My problem with the diesel “cheating” idea is that all emissions data is heavily idealized. None of the vehicles coming off of the assembly line actually match the emissions data the manufacturers submit, you’d be amazed how much little things affect the numbers. You can drain a quart of oil out of an engine and make…
Drive less? Why would you need to do that? Just get more money. What’s wrong with you? You don’t have more money? Distance shouldn’t be an issue if you have more money. You sound weak - simpish.
Counterpoint. If you can’t afford gas, get a better job and stop being poor. If you can’t afford gas, the solution isn’t to use less, the solution is to get more money. Then, you can also buy a house further from the city, where the terrible air quality won’t affect you as much.
Its crazy how much disdain people have for the working class who can't afford to live near where they work.
Mazda RX Vision.
That’s the procedure when the fob battery dies. The battery is used for amplification, but if the fob is close enough to the antenna in the car it will work like a passive RFID tag.
That is the alternative, if the vehicle recognizes the fob through that process. In this case, it does not recognize the fob, so there is no alternative process.
I wouldn’t lump Apple fanboys in with the Tesla Cult. Apple doesn’t announce vaporware and sell preorders for nonexistant things just to raise money to prevent from going out of business.
I would like to announce that I will be making accessories for the Cybertruck with “benditlikemusk.com” To start my business, I only need a small capital investment.
Did you ever own an RS4?
I too have started a business centered on modding the Cybertruck. We’re creating wraps and other accessories to make the Cybertruck look like relatively more attractive vehicles. We’ve currently got a prototype for the Chevy Equinox package.
People do forget that. I see tons of people on forums paying dealers several hundred dollars to winterize their boats - something that can be done in their driveway with minimal tools and time for free. Then they pay $300 for a $40 oil change, and things escalate from there.
Too many people are afraid of a wrench.…
Maybe you should buy better “broats”
the company also cheapened out on the chain guides giving the engine a notorious, and notoriously expensive to fix failure point.
As you are a write at Jalopnik, you are now legally required to repaint your manual diesel wagon brown.
