We had a blast this weekend! The Crown Vic we ran “Our Lady of Blessed Acceleration” survived, even with some of the larger accidental jumps we did off road.

Uh, you need to do some research, there are several brands that make unleaded gas up to 110 octane.

You already have a picture of the best Battle car at the top... Mine! We are running the red Vic in the Detroit Gambler in 1 month.

My contribution, here is the Vic me and a buddy built to do a cheap car off road rally.

Your not kidding. I embarrassed so many lifted Bro-Dozers with wide tires this winter. My open diff WJ Grand Cherokee on 225 width tires just ripped through the snow like it was nothing.

As someone who does NVH work in the auto industry for a living, the author really dumbs down the work that is done to improve NVH in cars. Almost everything he talks about is widespread in the auto industry and has been for many years, even on budget cars. Every manufacturer uses heads with mics in the ears for

Caged and stripped is not a big deal. My only comment on that was refuting -mustang crowd hunter’s- claim that the GTR featured had a full interior which it clearly did not. The interior is not what bothered me.

Not to be that guy, but plated and registered are not the same as street legal. Right off the bat from the video of him going 6's is the fact that the car has ZERO rearward facing mirrors of any kind. The headlights appear to be some sort of plastic stand in and non functional. The tail lights are not functioning

That sound just gives me goosebumps! This is why I can never enjoy Formula-E. Racing is not just about the sights, it is also about the sounds.

You do realize that is not even a Challenger or Charger dash. Why would they use one of the other products to leak information about the Demon?

Correct, to save money Chrysler decided to use standard components across all the trim levels, but those parts still had to be good enough for SRT model, thus V6 and base v8 models still have many of the heavier parts required for the SRT applications and suffer from bloat.

Here is my take on the Hellcat in particular. The challenger is heavy, we all know this. Will it ever weigh as little as an FR-S? Hell no. It is a larger car in every sense (bigger back seat, trunk, body dimensions, etc). It is larger than a Camaro and Mustang too, so it won’t likely get to their weight either.

As someone who loathes the idea of an LS in a Miata/Fiata, I would bet the fully dressed LS would be within a 100lbs of the fiat powertrain. A turbo, intercooler, extra plumbing, etc add on the pounds pretty quickly and the LS is pretty damn light engine.

Sweet, I have some trademark infringing items on my truck. Probably worth more now! haha. For those that don’t know Billet Technology made dress up parts and trinkets, not actual replacement parts to fix your broken car. I have a nice set of billet “R/T” logo wheel center caps and one of there oil catch cans. Pretty

I have a whole folder full of high res pics of these trucks racing. My collection is slightly biased to the best truck of all though, the Jeep Comanche!

Can you stop saying “Rat Rod.” Morgan even says in there announcement that it is a “Hot Rod.” These are generally considered different styles of car building. The Morgan pieces are far to nice and clean to be rat rods.

I was just about to say just move to Metro Detroit. I have seen at least 2 different ones around my work.

I loved the parking enforcement trolling that occurred. The ever famous dolly man!

Hey now, you have to warn us before posting NSFW images! I need that car in my life!
