Last summer before I moved a few blocks away I lived about 100 feet from a set of tracks, fairly low use except for 4 Amtrack trains a day and about 10 freight trains.

The added sailing in AC III was so refreshing. I loved it. Can't believe I haven't tried black Flag yet. I have it, just not the time.
The thing that gets me the most is that a land driven Parkour and Assasination Game provided me with the best Sailing experience so far - Maybe not in the most realistic way but for sure in the, so far, most entertaining way.
I'm still praying Ubisoft (or someone) does a full on Pirate game like ACIV minus the assassins. Someone talk to Michael Bay about doing a game tie in with Black Sails!
Playing ACIV really got me into old naval ships. I can't wait until AC Rogue hits PC. Also Naval Action looks like a really cool Steam Greenlight version of ACIV's ship battles.
