Sorry, I just use Wal-Mart disposable ones. They work great for me and really block a lot of sound. For riders who haven't used earplugs riding before, they still allow you to hear your bike and ambient sounds (like sirens), but just back the wind noise and such down quite a bit. It does make talking to a fellow rider

I like your style. Please come back.

The following are at a minimum, even if it's 90+ degrees out. I'm in the "I'd rather sweat than bleed" category. I'll switch to my 2-piece leathers if I'm going on a dedicated ride or the track, obviously. Also, in my opinion more people need to add earplugs to their regular set of gear. From what I hear, Tinnitus and

Ahh, I gotcha. Yeah, I actually own a few of the Harbor Freight torque wrenches. Definitely better than guessing on certain things, but I still will not trust them with more delicate and lower torque bolts. Probably need to buy a nice low-range torque wrench that I can trust.

Thissss. Was cleaning some metal parts underneath my bike a few weeks ago and spilled a little on my hand without really realizing (really realizing, there’s a phrase) that it happened. Few seconds later... 0.o

I’ll disagree with that statement. I’d rather go by the standard torque measurement of grunts than using a faulty torque wrench.

Found the same thing in my experience. Ninja 500 with painted cans. Did plenty of sanding, 5 layers, cured and yet in a couple thousand miles and you'd think they were Dalmatians.

Yup. Fortunately when I came across my first screw-in rear pistons, I stopped before blowing them out. Felt like an idiot though. I also just used the end of the old brake pad to spin them. Fits perfect!

2007 Triumph Daytona 675. Sorry, this is a bit long. (Also, can I get out of the greys please?)

Although understanding the theory of something usually is the first chapter of the boring part of learning, it really, really helps in this case. Very simple to do if you understand what's happening.

Here’s how I did it:

Have a star for the SpongeBob reference.

Wow, that first story really sucks. Haven't done that exactly, but I know the feeling...

I’m glad you support a car brand that no longer exists :)

It’s not showing work, but...

I think you misplaced a decimal point on that last one there.

I'd imagine they had a good chunk of insurance on him though.

25 is the age you’re looking for. Vast majority of companies will rent you under 25 (just not the luxury cars), but, like you said, many will apply a surcharge. My wife and I just rented a car (both were under 25 at the time) and it cost us like an extra $40 over 4 days.

Huh? Uh nope.

This is the correct answer. Check with insurance company, then ignore all the pitches for the extra insurance from the rental company.
