Ah ok, I gotcha. So, the shifter has a couple of springs inside of it that essential push the shifter to the middle of the pattern. By default, the stick will move to neutral between 3-4. If I push the shifter in neutral to the left (1-2) and let go it will spring back to the middle between 3-4. Likewise, if you push

I've seen the 4C at a couple of auto shows, but I saw one for the first time out driving on the roads yesterday. Changed my perception of the car completely. Looks much wider than I expected, and in white, it really looked beautiful. Still doesn't fit my personal preferences when it comes to drivetrain (not that it

You can't do that with a gated? Are you looking down at the shifter when you're doing a 6-3?

I've never driven a gated manual. You just tell by feel and muscle memory. It's really not difficult and there's just about zero learning curve.

This doesn’t have a sufficient amount of likes yet. Well done!

Haha! Dang. I'm not sure I'd have the guts to actually wear that shirt, but that's hilarious.

That is just silly. Wow.

Yup, I’m with N2! I am sure hoping it’s going to be done in time. The fact that they have now (just saw this on Facebook) updated the water tower is a good sign, haha. I guess this means that I can’t call it “the Beave” anymore? :)

Now playing

My breath is held. It’s been under construction for the last several months, and is due to open July 1st. They have even changed the sign on the water tower to say Pitt Race now. Already have a couple track days booked on the full course, fwiw.

I’ve been tempted to go karting at pittrace several times. Ended up settling for taking my motorcycle there a couple times a year instead :D can’t wait for the full track.

I love love love motorcycles, I hate squids

As someone who has ridden for a few years, and just started trackdays last year, I still can't comprehend how those guys control the bike like they do. Incredible.

If you look at the video they produced (it's embedded in the comments) they claim production will start in 2013.

It also said that the car would weight 3,300 lbs. Guess vaporware has gotten heavier since then?

Thank you, saved me the trouble of quoting most of that.

The turbo comments had me laughing at my desk.

Was it black?

Gearing differences between bikes and cars are definitely interesting. Some liter bikes from a few years ago would get closer to 110 in first gear. Crazy.

Yeah this really hurts, but I'm all the way over in WNY. Crap!!
