Best part of the whole collection! I wonder if they chalked it or dyed it that way.

Does anyone know the second song in the video? I dig it!

Is it just me, or does Lohan only look "authentically Liz" in the 80's Joan-Collins-esque costume? Everything else looks like someone playing dress-up wearing too much makeup.

As anyone from the Western NY area can tell you, the terror that is Lori's Natural Foods cannot be stopped.

I just saw that show a couple of weeks ago and was also pissed. One of the best parts of the original movie was her yelling "Vote for Women!" during the Step in Time number and all of the chimney sweeps dancing along with her.

I'm in WNY, and if I hear one more Slaughter or Brooks ad I am going to throw my TV out the window.

I did Carmen this year! (I'm a nerd and even carried an mp3 player with the theme song on it in my pocket.)

This is a picture of my little grumpus, Charlie, a Siberian Husky/Shar-pei mix from when he was about 4 mo old. he's now almost 2, and has the most adorable smooshie face!

Are you me? Because I hate feet too. I think I like shoes so much because they hide feet.

I loved the Sing Off too, and really miss that show! I went to see Pentatonix when they played Rochester right after the finale. They were amazing. Also, I love reruns of the old Japanese Iron Chef. The American version can't compete with the level of camp (and did you see the Octopus battle? Aaaagh!)

I read a critique of television "talent" shows a while ago that made the excellent point about the main failure of singing talent shows: the average person can open their mouth and sing a song, and you don't need to be trained to do it. (To do it well is another issue altogether...) So you end up with 10,000 people

I think I was there around the same time (graduated 2002), they really did make it super tough to drink underage. And agreed, T's is a dive.

Shouldn't that be Abby Wambach, not Amy? #corrections

Thank you. Exactly. One would imagine it would actually take *more* effort to howl and shriek like that after every serve, volley and lob. Breath control is much easier when you aren't vocalizing all the time!

WNYers Unite! I was just going to post about Dr. Frank's Reislings. Mmmmm. Other favorite Finger Lakes wineries include Wagner, Heron Hill, Ravines and Hosmer. Haven't tried the cranberry wine from Dr. Frank's yet, I will have to give that a try!

I do the same thing. I miss when the show was actually about modelling and taking interesting photos, not just Tyra's insane brand of self merchandising. I refuse to believe that Harvard Business School taught her that to be more successful she should make everything even MORE about herself!

I really hate to say that I'm not surprised. (Horrified, but not surprised.) Hockey is HUGE at BU, and the players are pretty much allowed to run around campus doing whatever they want.

And, can I say, not particularly flattering? It looks like they pasted different body parts on a torso, and the head was a last-minute addition. Is it just me or are the colors/shadows/lighting weird?

I'm laughing, because I am reading this entire thread and nodding my head from my office (I'm a graduate research assistant at RIT.)

This was making the rounds on facebook before the game, and has got to be one of my favorite ads of all time.
