Timely podcast plug: Getting Off (a podcast from a couple of defense attorneys) did a pair of episodes earlier this month about bail and why the current system is pure unadulterated bullshit, and it was immediately followed by a two-part deep dive about Kalief Browder. I’m actually listening to the latter two-parter

OOOOH LOOKIT THE FANCY FRANCE-LIVER.

I went to Disney World the week after I filed. It was a trip that was already planned with my daughter’s cheer team, but I still like to say that I filed for divorce and went to Disney World.

Why? Mexico is awesome!

Try Mexico right now. Just went to the Yucatan and all the other Ameriburgers got scared off by the cartel stuff, even though it’s a thousand miles away. Also Cuba’s nice for escaping our countrymen.

See, I actually live in the south of France. But I agree, it’s not bad here, either.

In my difficult moments I can be found under a blanket cry-eating Oreos (double-stuffed, if it’s an especially trying time). But Hawaii sounds nice too, I guess.

The N word was already in play because racism still exists. You come here, see this obvious juxtaposition, and you think your butthurt is equivalent to the hundreds of years the N word has been used to oppress and insult black people around the globe? Get over yourself.

Structural racism’s a helluva drug.

Calm your preachy condescending tits. This isn’t an official black people meeting to discuss the rebranding of white people. It’s us, and some white people who aren’t sensitive snowflakes, venting/commiserating. We’re putting the shoe on the other foot for comedic purposes. You can’t be so obtuse as to not know that.

At least with colonizer they can’t try to throw it back at us.

They can be in full KKK or Nazi regalia and gasp when you call them a “racist”. I do like the word “colonizer” because it pisses off the pretentious Whites who feel they are too North of the Mason Dixon line or educated to be called the more simplistic “racist”. Plus the ‘I’ve got Black

“Colonizer” is clever, but “Racist” seems to be the only one that gets their hackles up.

“When you can name us all on two hands, that’s not change.”

This x10000000. Having one or a few excellent Black people in an industry manages to reinforce racism, not relieve it. White people get to pat themselves on the back and talk about “how diverse their company is” meanwhile 2/3 non-White people that the company employs are janitorial staff.

White people already made the word COLONIZER “a thing” a long time ago.

Holy shit! So many quotables in this article. It’s like reading Jay Z lyrics.

Thoughts and prayers for the plight of white South Africans.
