‘03 ES300 with 206K here. Aside from an alternator and starter after 15 years, just regular maintenance. My significant other is ready to buy a minivan, but I kinda want to drive the ES and my xB until they die.
That is definitely not fair use. Since it competes with the market value of the original, it is theft. Taking a frame, a clip, a trailer, modifying it... showing it on a news broadcast or review... yeah that’s fair use.
