My siblings and I got a modest allowance as kids, probably $5-10 a week each. Once my older sis and I had reached our early teenage years we took a page from the UAW playbook and collective bargained for $20 per week, which our younger sister surely appreciated.

Every one of these fools, including Lil Pump n Dump and Lil Weenie, are being laughed at by the GOP in backrooms nationwide. They don’t care about Black America, and the fact that they had years to create a plan but only revealed this *immediately* before the election should have been a warning flag bigger than the

Dat Tailgate Life! I swear it’s just about my favorite thing on any auto, and you know what has the very best tailgate experience in existence?

That trash human said those hateful words so casually that I thought I must have heard him wrong. Nope. Just a huge asshole in regular asshole clothing.

I always tend to notice any specialized vehicles, they are like the last of the coachbuilt era in many ways, especially hearses. I have spotted a few of the AM General MV-1 type disabled accessible vehicles here in Portland over the years and always wondered why they never got more traction in the market.

That’s clearly for street poopin’.

Welcome dude! I love the part about Hodge Automotive, did much the same when I was a kid but I never got as far as interiors and the details you went into. Too bad they are lost now, that would make a cool article on it’s own.

Fukkin cool man! I mentioned in a message to you that I daily a 100-series LX, but we also have a black GX470 in the driveway. I love the mass and size of the LX, and could never surrender my tailgate (hell, it’s just about the primary reason I bought the damned thing), but I wish it had the design language your

I have elected to tip 20% minimum presently for all food orders, but so many of my local favs have now shutered entirely for the duration that I no longer have that option. Generally tho, I say tip *as much as you can* even if it’s 50% for small orders. We’re all helping one another and if you can afford to spend a

It’s most likely because they don’t want to commit to their lies in writing where it would be legally enforceable. When I sued (and won btw) a local Toyota dealer they tried everything they could to get me to call them to talk each time, and the only time I did there was a team of 5 people on the phone who started

Oh man I am sorry to hear all this. I hope venting did help a bit, no worries here my friend. It sounds like the best thing you could do is to do anything in your power to move yourself out of that place when July renewal comes up. Prioritize that for your mental and physical well being. This line really struck me, “I

Same here, and got to relive that experience back in 2010 when I was back in the Midwest, tho the branch I went to was closed shortly after because the employees were dealing drugs through the drive-up window.

You say it’s your house, and while many places have non-eviction clauses on the books, if you’re state doesn’t or even if those statues don’t apply to home rentals like yours, you may want to dangle the carrot that you don’t want to evict them at a time like this but due to their continued disregard for your personal

YAY! Headline has “Millennial” in it so first sentence must have “avacado toast!” This is lazy as fuck I’m sorry. Did you finally get tired of kale jokes?

Thank you for the further detail, I had no idea how this worked and will now pay special attention to the labels. I hope you find relief soon for your family.

Thank you for the kind words friend. Absolutely, one reason I bought this one is because it was a driver and was always registered, never off the road. That is exactly what kept her in good mechanical shape. Wishing you the best on your drives and stay safe!

Well said. I got mine in “well used but well loved” condition so to me I didn’t feel a need to restore it, but for cars I buy newer or in good shape I tend to maintain them to that standard so they don’t degrade. My Coupe is actually my first “patina” car and I love it because I’m not worried about keeping it
