Well, as long as you don't want to print the whole goddamn costume it's somewhat affordable lol. Build with foam, clay, and other materials as much as possible, only leave the super tedious works to the printer, e.g. complex symmetries, patterns on surfaces, repeating parts, hard to sculpt surfaces, etc.
Pretty sure she has a .stl file for printing. Maybe you can send her a request? Pepakura is surface models anyways so you still have to work it to create a solid yourself. *Cough* can't expect her to do everything for you lol.
Depends on your budget. The armour you posted - if fully 3D printed looks like at least a few grands. How much are average cosplayers willing to spend anyways?
